My stepson is 13, failed school 2 years in a row, doesn’t do what he is told etc. Do you have any book suggestions to help raise his self esteem and explain what choices he should be focused on making (self help)? His mom is not in the picture, so I am also seeking books that help give him perspective and coping mechanisms for this. Maybe even books for his age that are fictional, where the main character doesn’t have a mom and in the end is content and happy. Looking for a bit of everything here for summer reading.
