I’m generally a classics and historical fiction reader but have found that I struggle with addiction to social media and getting distracted easily.
Would like to read a productivity book that is engaging and well written on the topic about eliminating distractions and perhaps the monk mode and dopamine detox I have heard mentioned online in a less extreme clickbaity manner.
Currently reading four thousand weeks on the topic of time management but would like something with that similar writing style about eliminating distractions preferably.
