I hate summer (in the USA here) and have been binging autumnal videos and all of the Halloweentown movies. I'd love something to get me in the witchy whimsical autumn mood that isn't The Ex Hex, The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches, Payback's a Witch, and the Practical Magic Series. I've read them already haha. I like pretty much everything but am not big on spice.

[A Night in the Lonesome October](https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/62005.A_Night_in_the_Lonesome_October) is fun!
Ray Bradbury is the guy for Autumn reading! If you want a novel, Something Wicked This Way Comes or The Halloween Tree. If you like short stories, The October Country.
You could check out Ray Bradbury’s stuff, there’s quite a lot with that autumnal, Halloween-y vibe, especially *Something Wicked This Way Comes*, *The Halloween Tree*, and *From the Dust Returned*. Plus, there are a bunch of short stories too, like The Messenger, There Was An Old Woman, The Cistern, and so many more!
Cackle by Rachel Harrison
