I want to participate more in the best books of the year contests that happen, but by the time the nominations come out, I never have time to read enough of them before the voting ends.
As we’re about halfway through the year, what do you think are some books that are most likely to be be nominated so far so I can get a head start? My preferred genres are literary/historical fiction, thrillers, memoirs.
