The Sprawl Trilogy and the short story collection Burning Chrome, both by William Gibson. (Gibson is basically the father of the entire Cyberpunk genre and you’ll recognise a lot of influences the game took from his writing).
There’s also an alright novel set in the same universe as the game called No Coincidences.
Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep by Philip K Dick is the book that Blade Runner is based on, and both book and movie had a look of influence on the cyberpunk genre.
