Hi all, probably not a common ask, but I was wondering if anyone knew of any cookbooks that cover a ton of unique dishes.
I guess it doesn't specifically have to go over the recipes since I plan on Googling them for different variations, but I just want to see all of the cool dishes in the America and the rest of the world.
I have traveled to about half the states, and I have found so many unique dishes that are super common that I never realized existed. From Kolaches to Koolaid Pickles, from Absinthe to Grasshoppers, there is just so much to see and do.
So yeah, let me know what books that you all like that go over such things. Thanks!
