Possession (1981) by Andrzej Żuławski is one of my favourite films. I've recently gotten back into reading and I also re-watched the movie yesterday. I would love to find a book that hits the same spot as that amazing film. Something that's uncomfortable, obsessive, hysterical and dysfunctional.
I recently finished The Collector, The Borrowed Hills (amazing, by the way. It only just came out April of this year) and The Stranger and I loved them. I also love Edgar Allen Poe's short stories and poems. Other movies I enjoy in the horror/thriller genre are American Psycho, Hereditary, Pearl, Silence of the Lambs, House of 1000 Corpses, Saw, Suspiria and The Lighthouse! Thank you :3
