Just finished a semester of school and promised to be productive during summer. I pretty much have wasted the past 2-3 weeks staying up too late and waking way too late, not getting exercise, not doing anything. It all just hit today and I feel miserable. I deleted almost my social media for a cleanse and to let my body and brain cool off. What is a book I can read that you think would suit my situation. A book that is calm, quiet, vibey, and teaches lessons that’ll last a lifetime?
