Hello! I'm a bit of a rookie reader and I'm trying to find the time to finish the books on my shelf, but I thought I'd ask here for some more book recommendations!
What I'm looking for is pretty simple:
– Dragon-themed fantasy
– Space-themed scifi
– Explicit (detailed, gory even) detective stories
Now, to make it a little more difficult for you guys (I'm sorry), here are some specifics:
– no romance unless it's subtle and not plot-related
– the dragon fantasy can be set in our time as well
– no galactic wars for the space books, just exploration, bonus if it's something like interstellar
– for the detective books any timeline is fine, bonus if the book has intense themes
