as a young adult trying to navigate the world and graduating during COVID has only made things extremely difficult for me in day to day life due to depression & anxiety, I find myself bed rotting or doom scrolling for hours and my other hobby is reading so in no particular order am I looking for books about:
- caring for your anxiety
- not giving a crap what others say
- how to improve your relationships as someone with anxious attachment
- how to love yourself
- learning to be less pessimistic about life
- forgiving the past
- boundaries

The Deepest Well by Nadine Burke Harris might work.
I have been reading Heal your lost inner child by Robert Jackman. I find it especially useful in the “how to love yourself”; “boundaries” points of your list.
Mark Manson’s books The subtle art of not giving a fuck and Everything is fucked could help with the “not giving a crap what others say or do””the anxiety” maybe and with the “learning to be less pessimistic about life” points from your list.
Manifest by Roxie Nafouri can help with the “how to love yourself” point.
I would also look into Atomic Habits by James Clear
Take care <3
