I’m looking for a book which explores a codependent relationship, whether it’s romantic, platonic, familial or something
in between.
By codependent, I mean characters that unhealthily revolve their lives around the other, sometimes to the point of obsession and beyond any normal relationship. Power imbalances also welcome.
Examples: Cathy/Heathcliff from Wuthering Heights, Sam/ Dean from Supernatural, House, House/Wilson from House MD, Gideon/Harrow from the Locked Tomb series.
Any genre works from historical to romance to horror to fantasy.
