I'm looking for some good science fiction books about giant robots/mecha and their pilots. I love giant robot/mecha anime, and surely there are some good books out there too on stories like this. Preferably in English. 38m for reference of age, so anything that's not necessarily just for kids.
Anything from far-future, to alternate Earth, to interstellar humanity. Any suggestions on good reads in this particular genre/theme?
