I am a English/creative writing but tiktok and instagram have ruined me.
I need to find books that will help me feel inspired again, most recently i've read Slow Horses series by Mick Herron, Before the Coffee Gets Cold, a copious amount of trashy 'booktok' YA and romance and Jennifer Egan's Candy House. Preferably something shortish as I still have to complete my uni work/required readings.
Any advice is greatly appreciated 🙂
