I’m looking for suggestions for books similar to Ashley Weaver, Anna Lee Huber, Deanna Rayburn, Tasha Alexander… historical mysteries in the early 20th century, strong female main character, some romance/slow burn but not the main storyline.

If it helps I loved Deanna Rayburns Lady Julia series but only kinda enjoy her Veronica Speedwell books. I love Anna Lee Huber’s Verity Kent books, but not a fan of the Lady Darby books. I’m eagerly awaiting the next book in Ashley Weaver’s Electra MacDonnell books. I loved Erica Ruth Neubauer’s debut Murder at the Mena House, but don’t think the series has hit the same mark as that first book.
