I have been reading manga for about 15 or so years and have finally gotten bored of the gernre, save for a few titles that are still ongoing but update every month or so.
So, are there any simple to read books or series that are written like light novels where nouns are described in few words and it's easy to keep track of what's going on?
For example of what I can't stand writing wise: Tolkien. Lords of the ring movies, fire. The book, absolutely no idea what's going on, I'm lost in the sauce and bored.
So far, I'm getting some good millage out of Stiff that I bought for a dollar at a yard sale. An informative yet simply written book.
