I was almost addicted to reading books and completely losing myself in them as a child.
I was completely inseparable from my books and leaving this healthy but oftentimes excessive habit was something I’d never have thought of.

Stuff happened and slowly the books got swapped for a smartphone. I’m a detailed writer and had to delete this text numerous times because I got carried away and started writing and writing, but to make it short, I lost the spark and desire for not only books but pretty much all the good I was inclined towards as a young one.

However, for all the other things, I can’t really pinpoint what great hobby I must have left to become the carcass I am today. Except for reading. Reading is the only thing I can remember to be a heavy part of my good days, and if I want to return to my ‘former glory’, I think that’s the only real place I could start at.

To cut to the chase; I request some suggestions you guys think are exactly what I need to get a lost bookworm back on track. Something that I can loose myself in again, have the lost feeling of just diving headfirst into a new , undiscovered world of adventures.

Not sure if I should name a couple of genres to help for the suggestions, I don’t know that as much as I know the other hobbies I loved, but I was notorious to devour almost every book authored by Rick Riordan if that helps. Harry Potter I got into as well and it was a very good time , same for Gregor the Underlander by Suzanne collins. But I should note that times have changed and that I wouldn’t read these books again except in search for some nostalgia.

I cannot PinPoint what exactly could hit the right spot, hence I mentioned the biggest players of my book arc and perhaps thats helps in finding out whether the apple did or did not land too far away from the tree.

And my taste is quite vast now and I interest myself in many many different things if I may say so. So if you have questions on what it could be that I’m looking for, ask ahead.
