I have always wanted to get into novel reading but never got into it mainly because could not afford buying paperbacks. Tried soft copies but that would distract me always. Now that I can afford it, please recommend me books.
Anyway, I have read Norwegian Wood. And I liked the gloomy vibe it has. Recommend me some that match this vibe. I tend to be a person inclined to sadness and I think I would like to read books that have sad undertones.
Some other genre I would like to explore is:
Horror.
Detective.
Mystery.
Depression and on getting out of it too.
