Suggest me a book for a domestic violence victim to read to “stay the course” of leaving her abuser

The victim is me. I filed a police report against my husband last Saturday morning and have to go through with a protection order today. I struggle because we have kids and I seem to be the sole decision maker on all of this and I’m just overwhelmed at all the hard decisions I’m having to make in order for me to finally leave.

I want something relatable to my situation. We had been together 9 years before he left bruises on my wrists and arms under the guise of restraining me during a bad argument where I wanted him to move out.

I have a few friends helping get me through but books have always been my lifeline. Thank you
