I've never been much of a reader, but there have been some books through my life I've loved, and I love a good story in other mediums. I'm looking to start reading on a regular basis and I'm looking for some recommendations based on the types of stories I usually like.
When it comes to movies / series, I've always loved stuff that felt like an adventure, for example Lord of the rings, and Avatar the last Airbender. I also love getting immersed in different worlds / cultures. I just finished Tokyo Vice which is about the Yakuza and their world and I loved it.
Would love to hear any recommendations that my likes make you think about. Thanks in advance!
