The title pretty much says everything. I have a very complicated relationship with romance books. I find myself constantly wanting a cute/fun/exciting/sexy romance plot, but most Romances I read just don't do it for me. I tried my hand with ACOTAR, Emily Henry, etcetera to no avail. On the other hand, books like Normal People, and Lovers and Writers were very enjoyable for me. Any recommendations are welcome. Literary fiction like NP and L&W is good, but I would love Fantasy/Sci-fi/Dystopian recs. Also leaning more Adult than YA.
