Recently, I found myself in a spot where no books have been 'hitting the spot' for me.
It's been hard for me to sit and enjoy my book because I constantly want something different, which is new, and because I generally know the type of vibe or genre of a book I want to get into.
I don't enjoy romance as a main plot, or fantasy (unless really solid sci-fi), I want something with a modern-time backdrop. I want a page-turner, I want something that makes me think and feel (but nothing too dark, since I've been on that road for a bit).
For the next months, I want something light-hearted, possibly a fun read while I'm stoned, maybe makes me laugh, makes me think, makes me want to wake up and read that book.
