In the past people said that Kindle Unlimited was not worth it because it didn't have enough titles; and too many were self published books of low quality.
The last three books I've purchased this month however had a Kindle Unlimited option, which makes me question if I'm losing money.
What do you think, is it worth it nowadays or not?

I’m into progression fantasy and there’s a robust offering of these and so, for me, it’s worth it currently.
Well I have it so I guess to me it is worth it. I have a do nothing job so I read a couple hours every shift and those are mostly from KU. To me it is just like any other “streaming” service. Most of what is on there is crap but I find the stuff I like. I’ve read some duds but I’ve also found some favorites.
It depends on what you like to read. When I need something mindless to pass the time there are some decent books on there. They are not great works of literature by any means, but some of them are entertaining. Since I figured out how to borrow library books on my Kindle I rely less on KU, but since I read three or four books a week and cannot afford to purchase that many I find it a good option for filling in the gaps. I think you can get a few months free if you are a first time subscriber so give it a try and see if it is worth it for you.
