Hi,
I tried to find a book with a plot like this but failed. I'm looking for something with (preferably, but not necessarily) a female detective/cop romance with a criminal she pursuits. It can be a dark romance, thriller, horror, or simply a romance, I'm quite flexible with that.
If it helps, "Silence of Lambs" gave me an appetite for this.
