I’ve read one book start to finish on my own time in the past 7 years (No longer human). I’m interested in psychology and meta physics. When I read, I usually don’t fly through the book. Therefore I would like something with lesser pages, so I can inevitably take a break from reading and come back to it a week later.

Based on your interests and desire for a shorter read, I’d recommend “Man’s Search for Meaning” by Viktor E. Frankl. It delves into psychology from a perspective you might not have considered before, as Frankl was a psychiatrist who survived Auschwitz. His insights on finding purpose and using that as a foundation for psyche are quite profound. It’s not super long either, making it an ideal choice for your reading pace. Enjoy!
