Suggest me a book (or movie or TV series) about a town where weird things happen and everybody is just like, “yeah that happens here.”

Some I’ve already found that I really love:
-Danville from Phineas and Ferb (where random sky beams, aliens, and Murphy’s Law are just par for the course)
-Night Vale (where the only problem with a glowing cloud that drops dead animals being on the school board is that it’s a bully)
-Smallville (I’m on season 4, and I laughed out loud during a recent episode where the sheriff was like, “Well you know since she can teleport that makes her a prime suspect,” no mention of telling the government or anything…just, hey I gotta keep an eye out in case she’s the murderer.
-Arcadia from Tales of Arcadia (where at one point a troll goes to summer school and the teacher is just like, “Okay but are you actually here to learn, or what?”)

My three media criteria are wholesome, funny, and weird, and this trope hits the sweet spot. I WANT MORE!
