I dont need to imagine. Wheel of time, Harry Potter, Dragonlance, Dragon Riders of Pern, and the Shannara Series were all the books i had sent to me plus various books available in the library one that stands out was the left behind series.

The entire Bible. All that a human being needs to know is there.

Well, i was stuck for a full year of mandatory military service for my country and i read a lot of stuff, mostly sci-fi, fantasy and some other genres. Stephen King, Brando Sando, Murakami, Lovecraft, Poe, Terry Prachett, Steven Erikson, Dan Simmons, Douglas Adams, Osamu Dazai. Some military themed books such as Catch-22, Slaughterhouse 5 and Rape of Nanking. In hindsight, reading Poe and King in a military outpost, in the middle of nowhere on a mountain and pretty much isolated wasn’t the brightest idea.
