Basically the title. I posted here a while back looking for books to read when you need to keep going. But now I feel like I need to read something more specific to my situation.
I’d appreciate fiction books with a good relevant message over self help books, but I’ll accept any suggestions really.
Additional info: I’m 27, female. Went through an awful discard by my nex. It’s been 7 months and I feel okay some days but still have hard days. It’s a lot to process and heal from. I was with him for 9 years so, most of my adult life unfortunately. Will be going to therapy eventually.
