My personal favorite would have to be the underated sequel to the Chocolate Factory, the Glass Elevator. I always knew Wonka to be a eccentric genius growing up and that was obvious from how his character is in both films.
But in terms of the first ever Ronald Dahl book I ever read? Hands down the Glass Elevator.
But what do you think? How would you describe Ronald Dahl’s stories and why? Do you like his storytelling style?
Please don’t hold back! 🙏
Thank you.

Weird and wonderful
I love his books because they always seem to have an air of whimsy. I like the weird and wonderful. It’s really set a precedent for the books I love to read now.
