Ive just recently finished ‘The War That Saved My Life’ and its sequel ‘The War I Finally Won’ by Kimberly Brubaker Bradley.
While aimed at middle grade I really enjoyed certain aspects of it. I love how they described what they ate and their daily lives. Similar to the Little House series.
Im after something aimed more at adults though.
Survival, homesteading, foraging etc.
Any suggestions welcome 🙂

You may like Willa Cather books. My Antonia and O Pioneers are her most well known.
