    I’ve come to grips with the fact that I may live with my depression for the rest of my life, even if there are times I’m able to keep at bay. However the biggest problems in my life at this moment in time are virtually all financial. I know that there are a lot of very unbalanced people out there that are to all outward appearances very successful, and while I’m not trying to replicate their lifestyles, I don’t think it would be the worst thing to experiment with some new coping methods. I’m specifically looking for books that talk about ways to channel your depression or anxiety into healthy coping mechanisms that may one day improve your life or the lives of people around you.

    Most people suck down lemons their whole lives and are unable to turn it into lemonade because there are a lot of insurmountable obstacles in this life, but I really feel that I need to try. Anyways thanks for reading through this and for your help!
