specific romance book recommendations

i saw a tiktok where it said “my favorite trope is someone who believes they are hard to love and someone who loves them like it’s breathing” and i really wanna read something like that! preferably not like the “hard to love” person isn’t TOO toxic, and if there is any books where the flaws aren’t really toxic at all then that would be nice but overall any recommendations are welcomed 😀
