Ok, it’s not a book, but you’ve watched The Cutting Edge, right?

It may not be what you’re looking for, but the first thing that came to my mind was Juniper and Thorn by Ava Reid. The main character’s love interest is a male ballerina. The book is Gothic horror/fantasy and gets pretty dark and has a lot of trigger warnings, but it’s really good!

Ballerina by Edward Stewart follows two girls in the late 70s who train together and then diverge to pseudo NYCB and ABT and become rivals.
It’s REALLY GOOD.

Up to This Pointe by Jennifer Longo (ballet)
Spinning by Tillie Walden (skating)
Sugar and Ice by Kate Messner (it’s MG, but a very accurate portrayal of figure skating!)
