Ok, so by “ends happily” all I really mean is that the two girls end up together in a happy and loving relationship, no cliffhangers, or bittersweet ending please. I don’t mind a few deaths or tragedies along the way just as long as it ends happily for the main characters/lovers. In fact I’d prefer if it had a lot action. Preferably not longer then a Duology but if it’s good then shoot. Two of my favorite books to compare it to are “Cinderella is dead” and “criers war/iron heart” (it’s a Duology)
If you want me to give a brief summary of the books to get a better grasp on what they are about then ask, but yeah, Sapphic, ends happily, fantasy setting, and a little action if possible.

*Priory of the Orange Tree* is a doorstopper epic fantasy. There’s a prequel set hundreds of years in the past that’s also good, but they can both be read as standalones..

If you want something shorter and don’t mind YA, *Of Fire and Stars* is a sweet fantasy about a princess betrothed to a prince but falls for his sister.

The Alpennia books by Heather Rose Jones are f/f fantasy of manners set a few years after the Napoleonic Wars. There are four books, each with a different f/f pair and they all have HEA or HFN endings. The first one is *Daughter of Mystery*. Woman with a sword, politics, magic, science, academics, obscure ineritances.
