Suggest me a book to help with a confusing loss

Hi everyone, I lost a dear colleague at work. He was only 30, had just joined our team, which was his dream job (and mine as well, but I’ve been here a few years already.) We weren’t very close yet but he died completely unexpectedly and I am ooking for something to help me process this loss, especially the loss of his career, his potential, the rest of his dream.

I am not at all religious. I was raised religious and have religious trauma and I would like to steer clear of anything in that camp.

It can be fiction or nonfiction…thank you.
