I used to have big plans for life but now that I’m in my early 20’s, my dreams have been reduced to nothing. Poof.
I am looking for book recs where the protagonist lives a comfortable life. It doesn’t matter if it’s in a big city but I’d really appreciate it if they’re located in a rural area, own a truck, have a dog…that kind of thing.
If it’s non fiction, I’d appreciate that too. Maybe things about how to manage personal relationships, things about navigating in this world where people are too obsessed about themselves and don’t care for a conversation.

The Little House on the Prairie series by Laura Ingalls Wilder. I know it is a children’s book series, I’m kinda feeling the same feeling as you, so I empathize. I was planning to revisit this series. If you finish reading it, let me know what you think of it.
