It’s currently free (*Melinda Bright: Love and Remedy*), so I gave it a try. I like fantasy books, but this one was mainly romance, though there were some hard elements in it (such as abuse). I think the main theme is women fighting against abuse. I was surprised by how good it felt to read about the main character’s victory over her abuser (I was abused by a family member when I was a child). It made me feel better in a weird way.
What I want to say is, **can you all suggest some similar books to me about victims rising against their abusers?**
