I am desperately needing a mafia centered, romance book. I have searched high and low, trying different series, and the itch has not been scratched.
I have been seriously unimpressed by authors like somme skethcher, sophie lark(emphasis on her),Runyx, Danielle lori( first series I read she’s OK), cora reilly, and jagger cole. They are all just either too much romance centered, and literally have zero mafia plot, they’re just corny ,or the male MC is just simply an asshole. When I’m talking about the mafia plot I wanna see more action if that makes sense.
The only series that has scratched this itch for me is Michelle Heard with her sinners and Saints series. It’s pretty cookie cutter, but that’s the only ones that I’ve enjoyed. I like that there is more action(mafia plot), and it’s not just focused on the romance between the two characters. Even if there may not be that much substance.
Does anyone please please please have any recommendations for books like that?
