I am looking for books where the main character experiences paranoia. The character might be suspicious of people they know or simply questions reality.
I love the movie Rosemary’s Baby, and novels Magus and Ubik. Any genre is fine for me.

If we’re talking paranoia, *The Crying of Lot 49* and *Foucault’s Pendulum* are classics, and since you enjoyed *Rosemary’s Baby* you’d likely enjoy *The Stepford Wives* by the same author. A more recent suggestion might be *My Heart is a Chainsaw*, about a girl obsessed with slasher films who’s convinced that one is beginning to play out in her hometown.
