Hi all!
30F and currently struggling with getting over my ex 34M and MOVE ON. He cheated on me 3 months into our relationship and this happened 2 years ago. He ended things about a year ago because my mental health went down the drain and he didn’t want to deal with it so he broke things off. To this day I still lurk on his social media accounts to see if he is dating anyone and I compare myself a lot to the girl he cheated on me with. How do I stop doing this to myself? It’s easier said than done.
Any book recommendations that helps break this cycle, move on, or understand why I have this habit?
