I laughed out loud dozens of times while listening to the audiobooks for Matt Dinniman’s *Dungeon Crawler Carl* series. It’s a juvenile sort of humor a lot of the time, but done really well like the best episodes of Beavis and Butthead. The series also balances comedy with epic set-pieces and an ever-expanding scope.
*Project Hail Mary* by Andy Weir was amusing as well.

I don’t read a lot of funny books, but Dungeon Crawler Carl had me going a few times. The audiobook is top tier and it often felt like the author was trolling the narrator with some of the characters, yet he nails them all.
High stakes humor. John Dies at the End is another I enjoyed.
Also, Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy

[Between](https://app.thestorygraph.com/books/9ac5b146-c504-45e6-9f1e-eb9081707903) by L.L. Starling! I just read it last week, and it’s so *so* funny!
