Looking for recommendations for books with dark romantic elements (ie morally grey areas, sketchy protagonists, tortured love stories), but not ones where the sex is the sole/only focus of the book.
Not to yuk anyone’s yum, but I have just (attempted) to read Haunting Adeline and that is absolutely NOT what I’m after. Also, no werewolves please.
