I’m majorly an SFF reader but recently I have started reading Marie Curie’s biography by Susan Quinn. I have fallen in love with Susan Quinn’s writing. I never knew nonfiction books could be so interesting and easy to read.
I want to find more non fiction that’s similar (especially as a second language English speaker and reader) and specifically about history of Asia, Middle East, history of India etc
What I liked with Susan Quinn’s writing was that in each page the amount of complicated words used were limited to no more than 4 words. Like Travesty and assiduity. Which left me space to look up the actual academic terms related to the topic of concern. Basically, easy to understand descriptions.
Anything like that would be great.
