Sometimes I just get tired of humans and want to run off into the woods and not see or hear people. Obviously I can’t do that because capitalism requires me to clock into work, so gimme books that will let me have the same level of escapism.
I really like *Firebringer* and *The Sight* by David Clement Davies, and I loved the Warrior Cat books as a child. I’m disappointed that* The Sight*’s sequel has so much human POV in it, but I’ll finish it because I love Fell (the eponymous character). Preferably longer novels or a big series, that take longer to read. Bonus points if they’re on Kindle Unlimited because cost is a factor. They don’t have to be fantasy, that just happens to be the genre of the books I’ve liked.
