I’m looking for (what I think is) a pretty standard protagonist lives in a dark dystopian future sort of book. I’ll be honest, I couldn’t get into the two “classics” of the cyberpunk genre (Neuromancer and Snow Crash). However, I did enjoy the Takeshi Kovacs novels. And I enjoyed the Red Rising series (although that’s a bit different, I think.)
Any recommendations?
