I haven’t read novels before and I don’t like it,
I want to improve my English and I think reading novels is very useful for that
I want novels that are closer to reality and have lessons from life
So guys, suggest novels you read before and liked,
I often don’t like romantic novels
And if you know a romantic novel, it’s okay, I’ll try to read it, maybe i like it :))

I would recommend Twenty and Ten by Claire Bishop and Snow Treasure by Marie McSwigan.
While these are children’s books, I regularly reread them. They are absolutely fantastic stories. (I was told they were true stories, but I won’t swear to it)
They are both stories about children outwitting Nazis.
