I realize it may sound like I’m asking the literary equivalent of painting underwear on all the naughty bits in the Sistine Chapel, and I recognize both that it was, and why it was his artistic choice not to include things like quotation marks, but I
have ADHD and reading is already a struggle; I know audiobooks are a thing too, but I’d still much rather read his work for myself, just formatted in a way to be more readily accessible.

You think McCarthy is bad about punctuation you should give Saramago a whirl. That man would write a three page sentence.
As to your request, it probably doesn’t exist.
I understand your struggles, he’s my favourite author and I really struggled with it too at first. But the more you read it, at least for me, the more clear it becomes. His characterisation is incredible so in most scenes where multiple characters are talking, it’s really clear who’s saying what just based on what they’re saying, and how they’re talking. I still get confused sometimes, and have to go a few lines back and work forward trying to remember who is who. But I also like to read a book where it requires more of my attention than some other books, if that makes sense.
Unfortunately I think you’re right that something like that doesn’t exist, and an audiobook might be your best bet. I think you’re right that people might think it’s a crime to put in punctuation lol
