These are not the best things I watched/played/read, but they are the ones that had the biggest impact on me and I consider my comfort show/game/literary piece

-Alan Wake
Shows:
-Over the Garden wall
-Stranger Things
-Primal (The Primal Theory is one of my favorite episode of any show I’ve watched)
-The Sandman (mostly the first half, especially the first episode)
Movies:
-Coraline
Literature:
-The Tell-Tale Heart
-The Raven
-At The Mountains of Madness (i love the setting and the idea/potential more than the story itself)
-Dracula
-La Tiganci or With The Gypsy Girls by Mircea Eliade (extremely obscure romanian novel, but I thought I’d include it as well.)
I rarely find something that moves me as much as these did and never read a book that matches the atmosphere of any of these. Any suggestions?
