My grandma is at a point in her life where she’s slightly declining and has health issues come up here and there. She’s mentally here and is suffering from more anxiety these days. I sense this is due to her health and being afraid to near the end of her life. I’ve helped her with some gentle breath work and I’d love to give her a book to help her feel more connected spiritually. She’s not religious or spiritual but I know that a little faith is helpful for people as they near the end of life.
I’m a VERY spiritual person, but don’t want to push anything on her. Do you have any book recommendations for basic spiritual support for someone like my grandma!? I was thinking Eckhart Tolle- any other amazing authors in this realm?
