What comes to mind is like Rosa Parks for example.
I would prefer books surrounding around hobbies or sports. Like a story about a person participating in a game that they weren’t allowed to (because of their ethnicity) and ends up winning the sports game.
I’m looking for specifically about a person of color or a disabled person (or people).
Any time period is okay.
Fiction and non fiction are welcomed. Although I’d prefer non fiction!
I’d prefer nothing political though.
