    Hello,

Recently I have been experiencing bouts of fomo when I hear about my friends hanging out with each other. I care deeply for them and I know they care for me too, but sometimes I always feel like I’m the outside party looking into our friendship. It’s hard enough making adult friends, so I always worry I might get pushed/phased out.

    Anyone have any good recommendations?

Four Thousand Weeks: Time Management for Mortals is great for dealing with FOMO generally

How to win friends and influence people is a surprisingly relevant book, even though it was written quite some time ago. I went through a self-development reading phase that was a few years long and it involved basically every top self-help book on the popular lists, and it seems like most books are rehashing topics that Dale Carnegie already discussed. That would be a good place to start!
